Chris Williams began making knives after watching his grandfather do so for years. He initially started making them for his own use, but soon friends and family started putting in their requests! His knives are so beautiful, unique and well-made that it didn’t take long for strangers to begin calling and placing their orders! Chris is passionate about his knife making, so much so that he surrendered his job in finance to pursue what brought him joy. We are certainly thankful for his decision! Having these knives as part of this site, really represents so much about the lowcountry area. These knives are absolutely gorgeous and make the perfect gift for the avid outdoorsman, chef and oyster lover.

The Coosawhatchie  - Designed to function as an all-purpose hunting and skinning knife, the Coosawhatchie is useful for everyday chores. Even though it's a favorite among plantation managers who work with wild game every day, it has also become popular for general usage. This knife comes shipped with its own leather sheath at no additional cost.
