First discovered in 1931, the Vadalia Onion was first grown near Vidalia, Georgia. It is an unusually sweet variety of onion, due to the low amount of sulfur in the soil in which the onions are grown.

Our Sweet Onion Relish is prepared from only the sweetest Georgia Vidalia onions, sweet cabbage, bell peppers, pure cane sugar, vinegar, a touch of flour and Mrs. Sassard's secret spices.
