A Great Gift for Anyone!
This one is a great gift for any party host or special person. So the story is told, that most likely the creator of the Bloody Mary cocktail is bartender Fernand Petiot. He originally claimed to have invented the drink in 1921 when working at the New York bar in Paris. So there you have it, the beginning of the bloody mary was half tomato juice and half vodka… can you imagine?!

These Shrimp & Grits has been featured on the Food Network's Food Finds show and the show Road Tasted with Bobby & Jamie Deen. It has also been featured in Southern Living Magazine. Our bag includes fresh yellow stone ground grits and the sauce packet to make the gravy. Just add water to each of them, then sauté about a pound of shrimp in olive oil or butter, put the grits on the plate, then the gravy, and put the shrimp on top. This is a hearty meal for four people!

A One Hundred Year Old Recipe!
Olde Colony is the oldest family operated bakery in the historic Charleston area. They have been baking cookies since the late 1940’s. What’s even cooler is that they use no preservatives, no chemicals, no hydrogenated oils, and are trans fat free!
What’s better than a delicious cookie?! A preservative free delicious cookie, that’s what! With such a great variety, it could prove difficult to choose just one flavor! These treats make great gifts and party snacks. Unique to the Lowcountry since Colonial times, Benne (which is the Bantu word for sesame) was brought from East Africa and planted extensively throughout the South. Many Lowcountry recipes call for this tasty toasted seed, but none is so loved as the Benne Wafer.
A Charleston favorite, this recipe dates back over 100 years and is believed to be the original Benne Wafer recipe. Every tin carefully hand packaged!

For every oyster shell sold, 10 are restored to the waters, which would otherwise be going to the landfill. These gorgeous little shells can be used for a jewelry dish, salt and pepper dishes, or anything you can think of! How about a place to put your rings while washing the dishes, or by your bedside for your jewelry at night? So many uses in your home!

You may have heard of Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit. You can’t find a home magazine that they haven’t been in including the coveted ‘O List’. If Oprah likes them, then we like them.
I had a tea party the other day and wanted a little something sweet for the ladies so I made the Gullah Gourmet Beadah Licken Brownie mix. The brownies on their own are delicious and so easy!
She Crab Soup is one of those things that when it’s done well it’s really great. But when it’s not, it’s really bad. While this She Crab Soup isn’t traditional it is very tasty. It’s the perfect creamy and crabby (is that a word?) combination. I paired this one with Hush Puppies (and if you watch that video you will see when I boiled this soup over) and it was the perfect side.
