Return Policy guarantees your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will work with you to resolve any issue.

Return Policy for Cancelled Orders 

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies. 

Return Policy for Perishable Items 

If a perishable item is returned to us marked as “undeliverable” we cannot offer credit. Unfortunately perishable merchandise is unable to be resold. If we get an undeliverable package back with any perishable items, we will offer the customer a 10% discount on another order. We will give credit for any items that are considered non-perishable credit less a 15% restocking charge toward a customer’s next purchase. Perishable items received by customer may not be returned. We will work with you to resolve a damaged item.

Return Policy for Non–Perishable Items

If a product arrives damaged or with items missing, please notify us within 15 days. We would be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. If an item is damaged in any way on arrival take a picture of the item and send it to with your description, order number and contact information.

Substitution Policy for Gift Baskets

For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. While this situation does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in our gift baskets.
