I live in Charleston and watch FoodNetwork religiously, so I know this isn’t “real” BBQ. But, hey, a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta due. Time is money and I things to do, places to go, and people to see. So, this is perfect weeknight dinner that’s quick and easy. And it’s crowd pleaser, for sure.
