The basket comes with two Lowcountry Extra Virgin Olive Oils; Greek Koroneiki EVOO which is medium intensity olive oil and harvested at optimum ripeness, and a Rosemary & Garlic EVOO using fresh rosemary and savory garlic.  We also include 3 different Charleston Spice Company organic spices formulated from around the Mediterranean; Italian Spice, Mediterranean Oil Blend Spice, and of course Oikogeneia Greek Spice.
