To get to the fluffy part of Indigo Popcorn you must heat the kernel, which turns the moisture within into steam. When the outer shell reaches its pressure point in bursts and releases the soft inner flake, creating popcorn.

This popcorn is a beautiful indigo blue before popping, and a bright white when popped.
