Shrimp & Grits is famous around these parts. You’re not anybody if you don’t know how to make or where to get the best shrimp and grits. It’s how we judge all local restaurants here. If they can’t do a good Shrimp & Grits for brunch, you are dead to me.
But it’s a bit intimidating to try and do this famous (infamous?) dish at home. Grits take time. There are lots of ingredients in the gravy? Don’t even mention lumpy gravy. Like… it’s a lot.
